Video Games – Console vs. PC (An Infographic)

If you speak with any of my friends, they will tell you that I love video games. Okay, I’m not a crazy gamer who spends every moment of his spare time playing video games. But, I do enjoy playing on my PS4, especially when some of my friends come over. It’s just a great way to relax and get rid of work stress.

You have no idea how many times people have told me that console gaming is terrible and PCs are way more popular. What I don’t get is why these people have to try and belittle us console gamers. If you love your PC gaming so much, why are you wasting your time telling us what’s better? Personally, I like to be able to sit on the couch with a controller and play some games. I would hate the thought of using a keyboard and mouse to play soccer games for example. Yes, I know you can get controllers for the PC, but still, dedicated controllers on the PS4 and Xbox One work much better in my opinion.

Building a High End PC for Video Games

Let’s not forget the ridiculous costs involved in building a high end gaming PC. A PS4 console costs less than most good graphic cards. Then, you add on a CPU, cooler, case, RAM and a lot of other things. I could probably get a PS4, Xbox One and an iPhone 6 for the cost of a good gaming PC. The PS4 also has some amazing exclusives that you won’t get on the PC.

I think I should stop my rambling now. This post is about a really cool infographic that I saw the other day, which discusses PC versus console gaming. Have a look below and let me know your thoughts.
